TVP系列滑片泵主要由開槽轉(zhuǎn)子、軸、滑片、泵體、安全閥、軸承密封等組成。滑片是由進(jìn)口聚合物精加工而成具有良好的自潤(rùn)滑性、耐磨性、耐沖擊性。滑裝在開槽轉(zhuǎn)子中，轉(zhuǎn)子偏心地裝在泵體內(nèi)，滑片自轉(zhuǎn)子內(nèi)滑出，緊貼泵體內(nèi)表面滑動(dòng)，轉(zhuǎn)子、滑片、泵體所形成的腔體隨著轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)其空間大小呈周期性變化--腔體增大時(shí)吸入介質(zhì)，腔體變小時(shí)排出介質(zhì)，周而復(fù)始，完成介質(zhì)的輸送過(guò)程。由于滑片依靠慣性與離心力雙重作用下，緊貼泵體做曲線動(dòng)作，所以該產(chǎn)品內(nèi)泄量極小，所以效率超高。本產(chǎn)品采用外潤(rùn)滑結(jié)構(gòu)，由于工作腔與潤(rùn)滑腔由密封件完全隔離，所以該產(chǎn)品可用于輸送不含潤(rùn)滑性液體。由于結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，可正反轉(zhuǎn)操作。在輸油系統(tǒng)中可用作傳輸、倒罐泵、自吸泵。在特殊工況中可用作超高自吸泵、自吸時(shí)間短、效率是其它泵的2倍，同等流量同等壓力該產(chǎn)品所需電機(jī)功率極低，屬于高效節(jié)能型產(chǎn)品，也可更改為無(wú)軸封磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)滑片泵。
